India will not be in the 'mini IPL'
According to the Indian Premier League's popularity, the
Arab Emirates Shahi (UAE) is planning to make 'Mini IPL', the Indian Cricket
Board said, the IPL chairman Rajiv Shukla said. "It is thought to be
organizing the mini-IPL in foreign soil. In the past, we have organized the
Champions League T20 on foreign soil, the slots are now empty. We are thinking
of doing mini IPL at that place, "said the IPL chairman. Regarding making
a visit to Dubai, Rajiv Shukla said, "The most preferred destination for
the organizers is Dubai." It is to be noted that due to the Lok Sabha
elections in 2014, the Board did not make the IPL in India, the tournament was
held in Dubai.
Talking about the next ten years plan, Rajiv Shukla said,
"The next ten years we are going to be the most engaging. We already
thought about changing the revenue sharing model. There will also be separate
tender for broadcasters, which is very important. Talking about the next plan
of the IPL, Chairman Rajiv Shukla said, "We have organized IPL with eight
teams so far, then if we have IPL with 10 teams then we will play at least 84
matches. ".
